His music is predominantly R&b with inklings of bluesy guitar playing. Inspired by the likes of Bruno Major and Mac Ayres, Joel attempts to tell stories through song.

Grid Culture | Grid Culture was originally founded in 2019 by Syafiq Halid, Singapore’s first Ableton Certified Trainer. We help young musicians and aspiring artists make electronic music using Ableton Live on stage by educating through consultations and classes that gives a positive impact to their communities. Starting from a humble studio in the outskirts of Singapore, Syafiq gradually built the first and only Ableton Certified Training Center in Singapore through his one-to-one teaching sessions.
